Cancelation / No show policy

We appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen. First-time no-shows and late cancellations will not be charged a fee. After that, you will be charged a $50 fee for appointments missed ,cancelled or reschedule without a 24-hours notice.

Dr Mansour is a gem. I have not met a GP who displays as much care, compassion and knowledge as she does. She was the only doctor who truly listened to me and took my concerns seriously. Best GPs ever. They've seen me through cancer ( now cured) and several other serious health conditions. Their generosity with their time may mean they run late sometimes, but telling someone they have cancer is never going to be achieved in a short appointment slot. The kindness of everyone in the practice is amazing - couldn't recommend them more highly. My wonderful doctor is Dr Wilson, but every doctor there ( and I've seen them all) has been fantastic. The reception staff are under pressure but always helpful. Huge asset to our community.

Dear patients and families, our team at All Saints medical centre has been serving the local community for over 22 years with your ongoing support and appreciation.

Currently the practice is facing new challenges that have led to the requirement to make changes to our billing system, so that we can continue to provide high-quality health care to our patients.

 The changes are outlined below

Bulk billing Services:

We will continue bulk bill the following services:

Health assessment, Care plan, Mental care plan, Medication Review, Government Kids immunization, Government immunization (Flu shots / COVID vaccination, etc) Regular injections & medications prescribed by our Doctors (B12, Prolia, Vitamin D, etc), Veteran Affairs patients & Aboriginal.

Any other Services will be private billing

Pensioners, Health Card Holders, Children under 16:

The Charges will be:            Fee                              Rebate

Level B consult                     $ 65                              $41.40

Level C consult.                    $ 105                            $81.10

Level D consult.                    $ 140                            $118.00

All other patients:

The Charges will be:             Fee                               Rebate

Level B consult                      $85                             $41.40

Level C consult                     $130                              $81.10

Level D consult                     $ 180                            $118.00

Surgical and other procedures: Charges will be based on the type of the procedure. Patient will be notified about the charges ahead of the procedure.

Saturday:                  From. 9 am to 4 pm
