Cancelation / No show policy

We appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen. First-time no-shows and late cancellations will not be charged a fee. After that, you will be charged a $50 fee for appointments missed ,cancelled or reschedule without a 24-hours notice.

Dr Mansour is a gem. I have not met a GP who displays as much care, compassion and knowledge as she does. She was the only doctor who truly listened to me and took my concerns seriously. She picked up my issue straight away, and got me healing very very quickly! Dr Maakary and Dr Assad are the same. Best GPs ever. They've seen me through cancer ( now cured) and several other serious health conditions. Their generosity with their time may mean they run late sometimes, but telling someone they have cancer is never going to be achieved in a short appointment slot. The kindness of everyone in the practice is amazing - couldn't recommend them more highly. My wonderful doctor is Dr Wilson, but every doctor there ( and I've seen them all) has been fantastic. The reception staff are under pressure but always helpful. Huge asset to our community.

Please be advised that our consultation fees will be changing from April 1st, 2025. We remain committed to providing high-quality healthcare and appreciate your understanding.

Our team at All Saints medical centre has been serving the local community for over 22 years with your ongoing support and appreciation.

Currently the practice is facing new challenges that have led to the requirement to make changes to our billing system, so that we can continue to provide high-quality health care to our patients.

The changes are outlined below:

We offer bulk billing to Veterans (DVA), Aboriginal & Kids under 16 Years old Chronic Disease Management (Care Plans), Health Assessments, Mental Care Plan and government-funded vaccinations (Flu/COVID19) are bulk billed for all patients.

We offer bulk billing for the following services:

All other consultations are privately billed.
