These terms apply to this website and to the services provided by All Saints Medical Centre at 154-156 Ramsgate Rd, Ramsgate Beach NSW 2217. By using this website or booking an appointment with us, you agree to them.
If your situation is life threatening, call 000 immediately or go to your nearest emergency department. This website and our online booking are not monitored for emergencies.
Outside our opening hours you can contact St George GP After Hours Service on (02) 9553 0795, or 13SICK National Home Doctor on 13 74 25.
We provide general practice medical care. Whether a particular service is clinically appropriate for you is a decision for your doctor at the time of your consultation.
Appointments can be made by phone, in person, or online through HotDoc and HealthEngine. Online bookings are subject to availability and to confirmation by the practice, and are also governed by the booking provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Please arrive in time for your appointment and bring your Medicare card and any concession card. If you are running late, call us so we can tell you whether your doctor is still able to see you.
Cancellations, changes and missed appointments are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Current consultation fees are published on our Our Fees page and displayed at reception. Payment is due at the time of your consultation.
We bulk bill children under 16, Department of Veterans’ Affairs patients, Chronic Disease Management plans, Health Assessments and government-funded vaccinations. All other consultations are privately billed. Pensioner and health care card rates do not apply on Saturdays.
Fees may change. The fees that apply are the ones published at the time of your appointment.

Please be advised that our consultation fees will be changing from April 1st, 2026. We remain committed to providing high-quality healthcare and appreciate your understanding.
Our team at All Saints medical centre has been serving the local community for over 22 years with your ongoing support and appreciation.
Currently the practice is facing new challenges that have led to the requirement to make changes to our billing system, so that we can continue to provide high-quality health care to our patients.
